Random Acts Of Kindness – Just Because

The last few weeks on The Brave Discussion has been a roller coaster  of emotion for me and many others as we have shared and reached out to help others during some incredibly distressing times. Thank you for your private messages both feedback and also advising of what you have done or given to help others. I know it has been appreciated. So today I thought I would keep the post brief and just say random acts of kindness are always welcome, there is really no need to have a reason why you have chosen to do something…. it’s just because.  And your simple act can change lives in the most amazing way.
